FEATURES OF SUCCESSFUL TEAMS

A successful team is a team, it is  involved in effective team formulating and development: it must clarify the defined goals and mission and objectives. It must identify the needs and requirement of  a team and abilities to address constraints in a task and make plans for able to solve constraints. Recognizing team roles are significant for achieving stated objectives.

A successful team  forms a team Charter, it  is a document. It  was developed by a group at the time of  setting a team. It clarifies team  role, responsibilities, direction while establishing limitation of team members. A team can utilize individual perspectives, experiences, and skills to solve complex problems, creating new innovative solutions and ideas.

Team members are assets of the company when combining with hard work, dedication and learn new things and focus on quality, time, hard work and commitment to complete to finish projects as early that specify the team and its members in an organized and planned manner

v  Successful teams are involved in proper planning, leading and controlling in  management and also  directed and focused on a particular task that contributed by everyone in  the team.

v  Bound to communicate is essential for winning team.

v  Each successful team has to build their own  brand identity to get a project, plan project, start project, and finish projects and management of projects in an organization.

v  Team’s performance and efforts are doing business, these  are based on  accountable and measurements in terms of quality, quantity, and price in an organization.

v  Teams have corporate champions to the achievement of a project and getting of a new project which is happening only with the influence of the previous project performance.

v  Teams should have to fit into the Organizational rules, regulation and work culture.

v  Teams are ready to handle cross-functional duties and responsibility towards the projects and accomplishment of project tasks and goals within stipulated time.

v  Teams have proper planning in policy formulation, implementation, and control of the project.

v  Teams should estimate the cost and benefit analysis of each projects and measurement of performance in terms of monetary benefits and non monetary benefits to team members in a team.

v  Proper guidance, suggestion, recommendation comes from team members about projects that relating to the details and completion of project with cent percent quality.

v  Proper interaction with among the team members is essential to work in a team.

v  Coordination and cooperation is needed the among the members in a team and an organization or client.

v  Team and its members are becoming supportive their tasks and responsibilities.


v  Team play as figurehead, leader, liaison, monitor, disseminator, spokesperson, entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resources allocator and negotiator.
